No puedo montar mi partición FAT32 de más de 120 gigas !

Seguro que te ha pasado … Tienes FreeBSD y cada vez que intentas montar una partición FAT32 de más de 120 gigas the salta el siguiente error:

Feb 4 17:38:00 sauron kernel: mountmsdosfs(): disk too big, sorry

Bien, no desesperes hay una solución mucho más sencilla que la de tener que partir esa partición en 2 :) .

Haz de recompilar el kernel con la siguiente opción en tu archivo de configuración del kernel.


options MSDOSFS_LARGE

y cargar con el nuevo kernel, ya podrás montar tu partición de formal totalmente normal y sin complicaciones ;) .
