Prácticas de Química Orgánica
Síntesis de la Acetanilida:
Buscamos en un buscador (Google por ejemplo): sintesis de la acetanilida y como primer resultado tenemos un enlace a un fichero pdf. Es un guión de práctica de laboratorio de la Universidad de Santo Tomás
Aunque llama la atención que no calientan la mezcla inicial a reflujo, como hicimos nosotros, así que buscamos otro enlace entre los resultados.
El cuarto resultado lleva a otro guión de práctica, en el que sintetizan varios compuesto, entre ellos la Acetanilida, y vemos que se puede hacer siguiendo dos técnicas diferentes.
La segunda es la que usamos en el laboratorio: Anilina + Ác.acético glacial + Anhídrido acético en un balón, y lo disponemos para calentar a reflujo.
Además de estos reactivos usan 0.05gr de cinc en polvo que puede que sirva para lo mismo que usamos nosotros el plato poroso.
